    Type an address, trace the site boundary on live satellite imagery, and the engine generates the 400 m study buffer, extracts every building footprint inside it from open data, and scores both density pathways at once.

    3. Extract building footprints inside the buffer
    4. Verify the automated count and adjust the ledger

    Transit Credit Scorer

    1–4 points

    Set the project details and transit city, mark the functional entries, and the scorer finds every qualifying stop inside the walking-distance buffer and aggregates weekday and weekend trip counts against the minimum-service thresholds.
