Most assets are designed digitally and then operated on paper. We close that gap — structuring information so a model stays useful long after handover, and so the people running the building can actually act on it.
We work upstream of software selection. The tools matter less than the information requirements, the naming conventions and the governance that decide whether a model is an asset or an archive.

Practice 02 — Sustainability
Performance you can evidence.
Certification is the visible output. The value is the design decisions made early enough to change the outcome — and the evidence trail that stands up to an assessor, a lender and a tenant. We run this practice on our own software, so you pay for judgement rather than for arithmetic.
We are equally comfortable running a whole-building life cycle assessment and sitting in a design workshop arguing for the specification change that the LCA just justified. Where the work is mechanical — boundary tracing, density counting, transit lookups — Zera does it in minutes, and a practising AP signs it off.
