How we work
A small team with real ownership
BuiltZERO is deliberately small and deliberately distributed. There is no office to be present in and no layer of account management between you and the client. In exchange we expect judgement: the ability to scope honestly, to say when something will not work, and to write down what you did so the next person can build on it.
Open roles
We have no advertised vacancies at the moment. We do keep a short list of people we want to work with as the pipeline grows — and that list is built almost entirely from speculative approaches.
