BuiltZERO OÜ is an Estonian-registered company at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. For any question about your data, write to contact@builtzero.com.

We collect only what you choose to give us, and only in two places.

Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your company and what your enquiry is about. We use this solely to reply to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated.

Demo sign-up. Your email address, together with which module you were using at the time. We use this only to send you occasional updates about the ZERA platform. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. Using the demos themselves never requires an email address.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not track you across other websites.

The demo modules run in your browser. We do not store the addresses, boundaries or project data you enter into them.

Enquiries and sign-ups reach us by email and are stored in our business email and cloud storage, provided by processors operating under standard contractual protections. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by those providers, under safeguards required by the GDPR.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then deleted.

Demo sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Every update email carries an unsubscribe route, and withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did beforehand.

To exercise any of these, email contact@builtzero.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
