Team

The people behind the work.

A small senior team. On a BuiltZERO engagement, the people who scoped it are the people who deliver it.

Leadership

  • Co-founder — Digital

    Muhammad Afzal

    Tallinn, Estonia

Muhammad leads the digital practice: BIM and information management, digital twins, and the applied AI work that became Zera. He holds an executive certification in Digital Transformation from Imperial College Business School alongside his sustainability and project-management accreditations, and he co-designed the architecture behind the Zera credit engines.

Extended network

Senior specialists, brought in by need

Beyond the core team we work with a vetted network of assessors, information managers and modellers. It lets us staff a project with the right accreditation rather than the nearest available person, and it keeps our overhead — and your fee — proportionate.

Work with us

Ready to make your next project measurably better?

Whether you are setting an information strategy, targeting a certification, or trying to work out which of the two you need first — we would like to hear about it.
